Premium is a monthly subscription purchased inside the Vetify mobile app and billed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel it anytime from your store subscription settings.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or cancel at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of your billing cycle.
Your data is always safe. If you exceed the limits of your new plan (e.g., number of pets or storage), you won't lose any data but won't be able to add more until you're within limits or upgrade again.
Subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, so refunds follow their policies. If something isn't right, contact our support team and we'll help you through the process.
